By using Out Partying you agree to these terms. It is a personal product run by an individual based in Hong Kong.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 (or 16, or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher). If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Your photo

Only upload a photo that you own or have permission to use. It can show a pet or any other subject, with these limits:

• People: only yourself, or an adult who has agreed to be in the video.
• No children, in any photo, and no public figures.
• Nothing harmful: no sexual, violent or hateful content, and nothing meant to mock, harass or deceive anyone.

You confirm this with a checkbox before paying. We don't check photos automatically, so this is your responsibility, and orders that break these rules are not refunded. The AI provider may also refuse a photo.

Your line

Lines must be friendly. Don't use them to harass anyone, or to send adult content, links or personal details. We may remove any link that breaks this rule.

What you buy

For $4.99 you get one AI-generated 4-second vertical video based on your photo, set on a lonely night in, plus a share link. AI results vary, and your subject may look different from the photo. You may use and share the video personally.

Liability and law

The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you paid for your order, except where the law doesn't allow this. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Questions: support@stuben.cn.
